Raeda Latif

The Story

I build brands.
I open markets.
I share knowledge.

For over two decades, my work has focused on building institutions, expanding markets, and enabling participation through knowledge.

I have worked with financial institutions, technology market platforms and CPG manufacturers at defining moments—strengthening how they communicate, expanding their reach, and shaping how they connect with customers, investors, and stakeholders.

Digital has been a powerful driver in this journey. Through always-on, insight-led strategies, I have built customer pipelines, amplified awareness, and helped institutions create more meaningful, lasting connections.

The Work

Working with institutions at
defining moments.

My work includes shaping brands such as Pakistan Stock Exchange, Pakistan Mercantile Exchange, Standard Chartered Bank, Faysal Bank, UBL Funds, and IGI Financial Services, a Packages Group company. Across these, I have led brand positioning, launched new products, devised communications strategy, managed product portfolios, and excelled at stakeholder engagement—strengthening both market presence and public trust.

My career spans banking, capital markets, technology platforms, consumer packaged goods, and financial education. Alongside leadership roles, I have remained engaged in conversations around brand building, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and inclusive participation.
I began as a student of literature before moving into corporate leadership and financial markets. That foundation continues to shape how I approach communication, strategy, and leadership—through an understanding of people, ideas, and the narratives that influence decisions.

This platform brings together articles, interviews, workshops, podcasts, media appearances, and public engagements from that journey.

Perspective

"Markets grow when people understand them.
Brands grow when people trust them."

My work has been guided by a consistent belief: clarity builds confidence, and confidence drives participation.
In financial markets, this means making systems and products easier to understand. In brand building, it means creating narratives that are credible, consistent, and trusted.
In leadership, it means enabling people and teams to communicate with purpose and conviction. Across roles, I have focused on turning complexity into clarity—whether through communication strategies, investor engagement, or leadership positioning.
I also believe that access matters. Expanding participation—particularly for women and underserved communities—is not just a social priority, but an economic one.
Progress, in my experience, comes from shared knowledge, thoughtful communication, and the ability to connect ideas to action.
Wealth & Financial Markets

Making markets understandable.
Making participation possible.

A significant part of my work has focused on investment products, wealth management, and capital markets development. I believe financial systems work best when people understand them and feel confident participating in them.

I have translated the language of finance—investment products, capital markets, and portfolio decisions—into practical understanding for investors, professionals, students, and the broader public.
This has included:

Through this, I have helped bridge a critical gap—connecting institutions with investors, and financial products with the people they are meant to serve.

Brand Building & Market Icons

Strong brands build trust.Trust builds markets.

I have spent my career shaping how institutions are seen, understood, and trusted. Across financial services, corporates, consumer brands, and technology platforms, my work has focused on developing narratives, defining positioning, and building communication strategies that reinforce credibility.
Organizations such as PSX, PMEX, Standard Chartered Bank, Faysal Bank, UBL Funds, and IGI Financial Services operate at the core of the financial ecosystem. Helping define how they communicate with stakeholders has been a critical part of my work.

Because in financial services, brand is not just visibility—it is trust, confidence, and long-term belief.

Cultural Staying Power Arrives When Brands Commit To A Single Emotional Truth
Social Impact & Community Engagement

When more people understand,
more people participate.

Alongside corporate leadership, I have remained committed to expanding access and participation. My work has focused on financial literacy, women’s economic inclusion, and community engagement—helping make markets and financial knowledge more accessible.
Through workshops, public conversations, mentoring, and partnerships, I contribute to a broader goal: enabling more people to understand and participate in economic opportunities.
Because when participation widens, outcomes improve—not just for individuals, but for markets as a whole.
Driving Sustainable Businesses & Growth

Growth that is deliberate.
Progress that is sustainable.

A defining part of my career has been supporting business expansion through product innovation, strengthened distribution, and digital transformation. My work has included leading business development initiatives at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) that contributed to average daily turnover exceeding PKR 14 billion (approximately USD 165 million in 2010) within three years from an average of PKR 1 bn turnover daily, reflecting strong market adoption in an emerging sector.

I have contributed to the launch of customer-focused products such as TravelSure, the introduction of Cyber Student internet scratch cards to expand early digital access, and the restructuring and revival of distribution operations at UBL Fund Managers, where enhanced channel strategy delivered record growth and surpassed direct sales performance.
Through these initiatives, I have helped institutions scale responsibly, strengthen customer engagement, and build sustainable pathways for long-term growth.
